Understanding Equivalent Fractions
Fractions that represent the exact same value despite different numerators/denominators:
RULE 1
Scale by k
Multiply numerator and denominator by identical integer k: (a·k) / (b·k).

Equal Decimals
All equivalent fractions evaluate to the exact same floating decimal.

Cross Product
